Reliable Servicing and Repairs:
You can rest assured that any servicing or repairs carried out, on site or at our factory will be reliable and safe. Repairs will always comply with design intent. Our Technical Support Team have access to the original specifications, detail drawings and circuit diagrams. Assemblies repaired in our factory are re-tested to the original assembly specification and in many cases tested on our lasers. Our Field Service Engineers will always test serviced or repaired lasers and compare those results against original test results and product specifications.
Spares and Consumables - Quality Approved by the OEM:
Your lasers operating reliability and time between replacing consumables will be significantly improved by using Genuine GSI Spare parts and consumables, including lamps. Our parts and suppliers go through a rigorous engineering and quality approval process before being chosen. The modules and assemblies that we produce ourselves will use components and materials that are to our original design specifications. Spares and consumables supplied by other vendors will not have gone through this approval process and may not comply with GSI specifications.
Global Field Service Support by Local Technicians:
You can be sure that, wherever your laser is located, our Technical Support team will have someone in your region who can attend to service or repair your laser. We have Field Service Technicians and GSI qualified Service Agents located worldwide who can communicate in local languages and speak English as a second language. They will have access to a UK and US based Technical Support team.
Tailored Preventative Maintenance Arrangements:
Our Maintenance Contracts can be arranged give you peace of mind that your laser is in its best condition for optimal processing without excessive cost. Customers who have a Maintenance Contract will be given priority concerning speed of attendance and resolution of problems should they occur. Our Maintenance Contracts can be tailored to suit your specific needs depending on utilisation and availability.
Expert Product Training:
Your unplanned downtime and nominal service costs will be minimised if the training of your maintenance and process engineering staff is delivered by our Technical Support team. It will enable them to have an excellent understanding of our products that can only be provided by GSI.
